After an early career in engineering, Alan qualified as a chartered accountant with one of
the largest accountancy firms. He has over 30 years experience in all aspects of management
in the UK and overseas, in large multinationals and charities. He has worked in a variety
of business, including oil, chemicals, marketing, services, education, leisure and marine industries.
John Picknett Bsc(Econ)
ACMA (Managing Director)
John has extensive experience in international operational management and advisory roles in
the manufacturing, marketing, FMCG and motor industries. He has also served on foundations
and trusts. He is an expert in management information, organisation and business process and
has a keen interest in mentoring and personal development.
Diane Louis Msc
(Office Manager)
Diane has had a successful career to-date in commercial, systems, office management,
accounting and personnel roles. She provides support to and helps to coordinate our
various projects.
